Renovation of a mixed-use development in Kingston, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a parking garage.
This Request for Proposals is an invitation by the City of Kingston to prospective proponents to submit proposals for Parking Garages Upgrade and Installation of Security Camera and Cabling, as further described in Part 2 of the RFP Particulars (the "Deliverables"). The City requires the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of structured (network) cabling, video surveillance cameras and Genetec SV-300 Archivers for specified parking garages located in downtown Kingston. Existing cameras may be required to be removed to be repurposed, moved to inventory, or completely replaced. All cameras are required to remain connected to the City's existing Video Management System (VMS). The City is in need of Proponents to perform the supply, installation, testing, and commissioning of structured (network) cabling, video surveillance cameras and Genetec SV-300 Archivers for the following parking garages located in downtown Kingston: a) Upper Robert Bruce Memorial Parking Lot Site Address: 7 Montreal St. b) Lower Robert Bruce Memorial Parking Lot Site Address: 149 Brock St (Entrance off Bagot St.) c) Hanson Memorial Parking Garage Site Address: 105-111 Brock St. d) Chown Memorial Parking Garage Site Address: 197-205 Brock St. Question Deadline: 09/03/2021 04:00:00 PM *Award amount was not released for publication.
