Renovation of a municipal facility in Bucyrus, Ohio. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
As of 5/12/2021 This bid was rejected as it was over more than the estimated 10 percent allowable threshold. The project is currently being rebid starting This Friday. Bidders are directed to the Invitation to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for complete information. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. Deposits for documents will not be accepted on a credit card. Additional sets may be purchased at $100.00 per set payable to RB Print Shop, Inc. Bidders requesting shipping of documents must contact RB Print Shop, Inc. for shipping process and related cost. State Prevailing Wages are a stipulation of this Project. Bidders are directed to the Invitation to Bidders included in the Bidding Documents for complete information. Each bid must be accompanied by a Bid Guaranty pursuant to Ohio Revised Code Section 153.54. The Crawford County Board of Commissioners reserve the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregularities in the bids received, and award to the lowest responsive bidder. The project generally consists of demolition of existing exterior concrete ramp and walk, new exterior slab-on-grade concrete ramps, concrete stairs, concrete curb ramps and curb, and concrete sidewalk. Work will include new pipe handrails, tactile warning products, painting, minor plumbing for adjusting the height of an existing manhole and clean-out, in-slab snow melting system and related electrical work
