SOUTH MARTIN REGIONAL UTILITY(SMRU) ITB 2021-03 INVITATION TO BID (ITB) JAMESTOWN LIFT STATION REPLACEMENT The Town of Jupiter Island, FL, ("Town") is soliciting bids from contractors (referred to as "Contractors" or "Bidders"), to bid on the Jamestown Lift Station Replacement project for the Town's South Martin Regional Utility ("SMRU") (the "Project") located at 7392 SE Jamestown Terrace in the community of Heritage Ridge in Hobe Sound, Florida. The Project consists of the construction of a new lift station with an 18.5 foot deep wet well to replace the existing station, which will then be decommissioned and demolished. The project scope includes all associated electrical and instrumentation work, modification of the existing gravity system, temporary bypass pumping, and site restoration. The Invitation to Bid and construction drawings will be available for download on the SMRU website: www.southmartinregional utility.com under the "Active Bids" page. Sealed bids shall be delivered to the Town Clerk, Kimberly Kogos, at 2 Bridge Road, Hobe Sound, FL 33455 by no later than Friday, April 23, 2021, at 2:00 PM local time. Sealed envelopes shall be labeled on the outside of the envelope "ITB 2021-03, Jamestown Lift Station Replacement". All bids will be time/date stamped at the time they are received.
