As of July 28 the project was awarded to Paragon Building Corporation for f $6,421,974.65. Project Location: Port of Wilmington Wilmington, NC 28401 **As of April 20, 2021, pre-bid meeting to be held today, April 20, at the Port of Wilmington Admin Building will be modified due to COVID protocols. Since the meeting will be held indoors, the room is capacity constrained in order to provide separation. Each firm will be limited to a maximum of 2 attendees to attend the in-door meeting. There will be no limit for the site visit, if one is desired. Also, face masks will be required for entry.
