Site work and new construction of a civil project in Washburn, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.

Estimated Value: $18-$20 million Description: Construction of the foundation and installation of piping in the Missouri River for a future submerged passive intake screen with a capacity of 165-cubic feet per second. In addition, the Project includes the installation of approximately 1,600 feet of 72-inch diameter tunnel connecting the existing wet well / shaft on the river bank to the screen structure foundation in the river. Construction also includes a concrete liner in the existing 42-ft diameter by 65-ft deep shaft. The Project will be constructed under a USACE Nationwide Permit No. 12, with protection of threatened and endangered species and other requirements.
