For Westwinds Park Phase 1 from qualified contractors to construct Westwinds Park Phase 1. The issuing office for the Bidding Documents is: Wirth & Associates, Inc., 1230 West Morehead Street, Suite 212, Charlotte, NC 20208. Prospective bidders may examine the bidding documents at the issuing office Mondays through Fridays between the hours of 0900 and 1700, and may obtain copies of the bidding documents from the Plan Room as described below. The cost of printed Bidding Documents will depend on the number and size of the Drawings and Project Manual, applicable taxes, and shipping method selected by the prospective Bidder. E-mail all questions regarding specifications or requirements Gary Wirth at: gwirth@wirthassociates.com. E-mail clarification of the bid process to jhenry@lincolncounty.org. Questions must be submitted by 1700 hrs, Monday, May 3, 2021. All clarifications, answers to questions and changes made to the RFB will be responded to by written addendum. The addendum will be posted on the County's Website on or before 1700 hrs, Thursday, May 6, 2021. Lincoln County reserves the right to reject all bids, to waive informalities and technicalities, and to cancel the Bid Process at any time. Bidders shall submit proof of qualifications to perform the work as described in the Instructions to Bidders.
