Aquis/Flexible Start Time: 120 Days (Acq. time) Furnish, install and establish highway landscaping and irrigation systems on I-295 (SR 9A) from I-95 to west of Old St. Augustine Road Interchange. Experience in Landscaping (Form 850-070-09) Must Be Completed and Submitted With the Bid. Landscape Projects - Submit with the bid, a letter of reference from one (1) company or government agency that indicates the company names in the bid is engaged in or has satisfactorily completed a contract with similar work and budget amount within the last (3) three years as the prime contractor on a Landscape Contract. Submit with the bid, three (3) letters of endorsements with similar work and budget amount from three (3) separate Florida registered Landscape Architects. For bids over $150,000.00, the standard proposal guaranty of 5% of the bid will be required, unless otherwise stipulated in the proposal advertisement. A Proposal Guaranty of not less than five percent (5%) of the total actual bid in the form of either a certified check, cashier's check, trust company treasurer's check, bank draft of any national or state bank, or a Surety Proposal Guaranty made payable to the Florida Department of Transportation must be received for each bid in excess of $150,000.00 A 100% Payment and Performance Bond will be required for all projects.
