Site work and renovation of a civil project in Chilliwack, British Columbia. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
Supply of all labour, supervision, equipment, and materials necessary to complete the 2021 Sanitary Predesign Project. The projects requiring pre-design and estimates are as follows: SPS #1 - Increase pumping capacity and determine if building modifications are required to accommodate larger pump and motor combination. Estimate and pre-design to include upgrading the existing ~610m long forcemain from 600mm PVC to 750mm PVC; SPS #4 - Complete pump station replacement due to condition, and determine if adequate land is available; Knight Road Area Lift Station & Forcemain Design - New local area lift station & forcemain to service existing neighbourhood; WWTP Digester #1 & #2 Roof Replacement - Replacement of the roof system on Digester's #1 & #2 at the City's Wastewater Treatment Plant (WWTP) due to condition. Regardless of the exact scope of the Work proposed by the Proponent, the Proponent's Work must meet the intent of the Project Objectives & Requirements. TIMELINE: Project is pending budget approvals. Project may be updated when it has been approved to bid for construction. If/when project may proceed is undetermined at this time. Coverage is discontinued
