Questions and Answers All contract related questions must be submitted in writing ONLY to the following email address: Forests.ChinookTimberSalesOffice@gov.bc.ca The term of the contract will be from the final signature date on the contract, SU23TBS003 to March 15, 2023, inclusive. A site viewing will not be conducted but it is recommended that perspective bidders review the support information prior to submitting their bid and visit sites where possible. Tenders must be submitted in accordance with the terms and conditions specified in the tender package. The lowest priced or any tender will not necessarily be accepted. Effective January 1, 2020, unless certain exceptions apply, all vendors must provide a Tax Verification Letter to demonstrate they meet certain tax obligations before the Province may sign, extend or renew a contract valued at equal to or above $100,000 (including all fees, expenses and all options to extend or renew). See Vendor Information: Tax Verification Letter for more information. The method of contractor selection has not been determined at this time.
