It is the intent of these specifications to set forth all conditions under which work on the project described herein shall be conducted. 1.2 It is not the intent of these specifications to exclude any supplier. Brand names, when present, are used to identify the substance and quality of material being sought by Delhi Township (hereinafter referred to as the "Delhi"). Any material of equal substance and quality, regardless of the manufacturer, will receive equal consideration. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to provide chiller replacement and all associated items describes within the specifications as incorporated herein as sheets ME-100 and M200. Items on those sheets would include: A. Demolition of existing unit; B. Manufactured Unit - 70-ton chiller; C. Sound reduction package; D. Unit cabinet; E. Condenser fans; F. Compressors; G. Compressor motors; H. Compressor motor controllers; I. Refrigeration J. Evaporator; K. Condenser; L. Insulation; M. Controls, safeties, and diagnostics; N. Electrical; and O. Special features. Delhi Township, Ohio will conduct a walk through for the removal and replacement of the chilling unit at Delhi Township Fire Station 33 located at 697 Neeb Road, Cincinnati, Ohio 45233. Design engineer and Township staff will be present to answer questions.
