Renovation of a municipal facility in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
The intent of this project is to complete the existing building project so that it will serve as a flagship addiction and rehabilitation center within the Vitalité Health Network. Although the exterior shell was left substantially completed, it will require modifications to accommodate the new layout. The building interior is essentially unfinished and will require a major fit-up to meet the requirements of the functional program. All major building systems must also be completed and integrated with the Campbellton Hospital interface. Contractors are reminded that they must receive tender documents for bidding purposes from the office of Construction Tendering - Buildings (Division), Department of Transportation and Infrastructure, Fredericton NB, 506-453-2706. Only those tenders submitted by bidders listed as having received tender documents from the Central Tendering - Buildings Division office shall be considered.
