Renovation of a restaurant in Campbellton, New Brunswick. Completed plans call for the renovation of a restaurant.

The work under this Contract includes, but is not limited to the following: .1 Remove ten (10) front entrance doors and install new metal doors as per the specifications and drawings c/w new brickmold and new interior and exterior trims as per the specifications and drawings. Door frames to be trimmed with new Azek trim boards on the exterior as shown in on drawings. .2 Remove 11 double window assemblies and 10 single hung window assemblies and install new vinyl windows as per the specifications, drawings, and manufacturer's instructions. Windows to be trimmed with new Azek trim boards on the exterior as shown on drawings. .3 Any damage to existing soffits, fascias, wall sheathing, wall studs, and related framing shall be restored to as new condition. Documents are available through the Construction Association of NB. award is subject to final approval.
