Site work for a water / sewer project in Ninety Six, South Carolina. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The proposed storm water drain replacement project is located in the Ninety Six Mill Village Area. The project will include the study, design, planning, bidding and administration of the storm water drainage system in the Mill Village, with a focus on a main drain line that runs from Cross Street to Whitten Street The selected firm will study and evaluate the existing storm water drainage system in the Ninety Six Mill Village and develop a replacement plan that best fits the needs and budget of the Town of Ninety Six. Prior to submitting a cost proposal, the selected engineering firm will discuss and clarify with the Owner the cost breakdown of the Project Agreement with detailed cost components to address the Owner's project requirements. The selected firm will provide the following categories of services: environmental studies, civil design documents, construction documents, construction administration services, and post-construction inspection services
