Renovation of a medical facility in Ninety Six, South Carolina. Completed plans call for the renovation of a medical facility.
Greenwood County ("Owner") is requesting proposals from qualified General Contractors for the renovations at the Medic 4 Station. The renovation of the project will consist of a complete interior renovation of the kitchen, bathroom, day room, and bedrooms. The garage and exterior of the building will also be included in this work. The renovation portion of the project will consist of 1.) Upgrading the existing bathroom to meet ADA standards 2.) Upgrades to the existing kitchen 3.) Upgrades to the day room 4.)Upgrades and repairs to the existing garage. This request seeks to identify the qualifications of the General Contractor and cost proposal submitted that are in the best interests of Greenwood County. The Proposals submitted will be evaluated utilizing the Selection Guidelines outlined in this Request for Proposals. The County is seeking a cost-effective and highly qualified partner. Greenwood County reserves the right to reject any and all submittals. Include a Bid Bond or Security in the amount of 5% of the bid price. Performance and Payments bonds in the amount of 100% of the work shall be filed with the Owner prior to the commencement of the Work. Deadline for all questions will be Wednesday, May 17, 2023 at 5:00 pm (local time).
