Greenwood School District 52 invites qualified firms to submit qualifications for providing Pre-Construction Services with potential Construction Management At-Risk ("CM-R") Services for potential demolition, renovations, additions, and other improvements at the former Ninety Six High School ("Old NSHS"). The District anticipates hiring one firm to provide Pre-Construction and Construction Phase Services. Questions received after this time may not be addressed, in the sole judgment and discretion of the District. Verbal inquiries will not be addressed at any time.
