Demolition, site work, paving and new construction of a bridge / tunnel in Monroe Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the demolition of a bridge / tunnel.
Proposals are invited for Contract No. T100.586, which involves reconstruction of bridge decks, superstructure replacement, superstructure and substructure rehabilitation, median barrier reconstruction, roadway improvements, and maintenance and protection of traffic measures on Structure Nos. 74.31 (Turnpike Mainline (NSI & SNI Roadways) over Conrail Jamesburg Branch) and 74.39 (Turnpike Mainline (NSI & SNI Roadways) over Cranbury-South River Road) from Milepost 74.3 to 76.5 in Middlesex County, New Jersey. anticipated to commence by October 2021 with an anticipated completion date of October 18, 2024 Bidders must be prequalified under Contract Classification 5 Bridge Structures Rating Unlimited prior to the receipt of bids. Prequalification or renewal of prequalification must be received by the New Jersey Turnpike Authority's Engineering Department no later than May 13, 2021. Prequalification documents are available on the Authority's website under the location entitled Contractor Prequalification Requirements. Prequalification documents may be obtained at the Contracts and Specifications Office or will be mailed to prospective Bidders upon request
