The Project Includes but is Not Limited to the Following: o Demolition of All Existing Process Piping, Pumps, and Other Equipment Located Within the Existing Influent Wet Well Dry Pit. o Conversion of Dry Pit Into an Extension of Existing Influent Wet Well. o Conversion of Effluent Wet Well Into a Transfer Tank. o Demolition of Portions of the Upper Channel and Grit Channel o Miscellaneous Concrete Modifications o New Channel Grinder in Influent Bypass Channel. o New Removable Bar Screen in Influent Channel o New Level Sensors in Various Locations of the Pump Station o New Hoist for Retrieval of Pumps o New Effluent Pumps and Their Associated Process Piping, Valves and Fittings. o New Submersible Pumps and Their Associated Process Piping, Valves and Fittings. o Additional Miscellaneous Process Pipe Modifications o New Actuators for Automated Slide Gates and Gate Valves o Scada and Plc Improvements for Plant Automation o Building Drain Investigation and Rehabilitation o Demolition of Old Electrical Circuits Throughout the Pump Station o New Influent Channel and Wet Well Slide Gates o New Permanent Emergency Bypass Piping o Concrete Rehabilitation of Attenuation Tank 6 o New Frp Cover Over Wet Well and Area of Upper Channel That Was Demolished. o New Odor Control Unit for the Modified Wet Well Area o Demolition of a Portion of the Existing Forcemain o New Forcemain and Meter Vault o Demolish Old Grit Handling Equipment o Demolish Old Blower Building. o Miscellaneous Hvac Improvements Bid Security Must Accompany Each Bid and Shall Be in the Amount of 10% of the Bid, but Not to Exceed $20,000, and May Be Given at the Option of the Bidder by Certified Check, Cashier's Check or Bid Bond. All Bid Guarantees Shall Be Accompanied by an Executed Consent From an Approved Surety Company, Licensed to Conduct Business in the State of New Jersey, Agreeing to Furnish the Required Performance and Maintenance Bond Upon the Award of Contract.
