The Tigard Tualatin School District ("the Owner") Requests Proposals from experienced Contractors for the District wide Ionization Project. The Owner is seeking a qualified Contractor with current relevant experience in public school work that involves mechanical work. In General, the project includes providing mechanical bipolar ionization equipment installed in the HVAC systems throughout the district buildings. Electrical wiring to be provided at each location as recommended by the equipment manufacturer. Project also includes control wiring between the bipolar ionization equipment and the nearest BMS control panel to monitor and alarm the equipment. The following (11) schools / (5) buildings are part of this project. Charles F. The Contractor firms responding to this RFP will be evaluated based upon Company or Team Qualifications, history/safety, firm experience, staffing qualifications, and any other evaluation criteria identified in this procurement, along with their Proposal. Attention is called to the provisions of the Oregon Statutes, Chapter 279. The bidder must indicate if bidder is a resident bidder as defined in ORS 279A.120 and if the contractor and subcontractors are licensed under ORS 701.005 - 701.055. The Tigard-Tualatin School District No. 23J reserves the right to reject any or all proposals that are not in compliance with all prescribed requirements.
