Project consists of interior repainting of selective areas of the Juvenile Justice Center located at 2727 Martin Luther King Jr Blvd, Eugene, OR 97401. Bids are required for the entire work described in the Bidding Documents. Each bid must be submitted on the required form and be accompanied by a bid security in the form of a bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit issued by an insured institution as defined in ORS 706.008, cashier's check, or certified check, payable to "Lane County" in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the amount of the bid including additive alternates, if any. Any Bidders who attended a prior Mandatory Pre-Bid conference for the project on 4/21/2021, 4/29/2021, and 8/25/2021 are considered as having attended the Mandatory Pre-Bid conference and are not required to attend this additional Pre-Bid conference. Prevailing wage rates for public works contracts in Oregon are required for this project. No bid will be received or considered by Lane County unless the bid contains a statement that the Bidder will comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800 to 279C.840 regarding the payment of prevailing rates of wage.
