BACKGROUND /OBJECTIVES The objective of the RFP is to contract with a consultant that can provide on-call construction testing and inspection services in accordance with the terms of this RFP, which will become the Contract when fully executed by both parties. Task orders for each assignment will be issued and a purchase order issued. Deliverables and Statement of Work are provided in Attachment E. 2.2 LENGTH OF CONTRACT. The contract for this project ("Contract") will start from the date of award, approximately January, 2025, and will last approximately five years. 2.3 LOCATION OF WORK The location the work is to be performed, completed and managed is at Contractor's business location and the Eugene/Springfield metropolitan area. EWEB WILL NOT provide workspace for the Contractor. The Contractor must provide its own workspace. 2.4 SCOPE OF WORK Provide on-call Construction testing and inspection services in accordance with the Consultant's rate sheet (the "Work"). Any additional details specific to a Task will be stated on the purchase order issued for that Task. Consultant acknowledges acceptance of these additional terms when they begin work on the Task. Deliverables required for all Tasks are outlined below.
