Lane County is seeking Statements of Qualifications from qualified Professionals with interest in and ability to provide services for the Lane County Jail Video Security Surveillance System. The purpose of this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) is to identify and select a professional service provider. Questions regarding this RFQ may be directed to Debby Haller, Finance Manager and will be addressed via an addendum posted to the RFQ site: Debby Haller, Finance Manager Debby.Haller@lanecountyor.gov Proposals are requested from consulting firms to furnish professional services pertinent to the scope of services outlined below in Attachment A for consulting services. The contract period will be for a one and a half year period from June 1, 2021 through December 31, 2022 though there may be an option to extend should additional funding be secured. In evaluating the Quotes and selecting a Vendor, County reserves the following rights: 1. To reject any Quote, and may for good cause, reject any or all Quotes when it is in the public interest to do so; 2. To issue subsequent requests for Quotes, if desired; 3. To negotiate with any Vendor to further amend, modify, refine, or delineate its Quote, and the 4. Agreement price as it is affected by such negotiation of scope of services, and specific Agreement terms; 5. To request additional or more detailed information from any Vendor
