Statement of Work: This project will reconstruct the intersections of Merritt Evans/Devall and Roddy Rd and Norwood and Roddy Rd in order to improve safety. Description: Move Ascension Program PARISH: Ascension Parish LENGTH: 0.031 miles. Bids should be submitted in a sealed envelope and must be to the attention of the Ascension Parish Purchasing Department and clearly labeled on the outside of the envelope as Bid Submittal, with the project No. MA-18-13 and name Roddy Road Intersection Improvements: Merritt Evans/Devall and Norwood Road and Louisiana Contractor's License Number, as well as all accompanying funds and documents, as follows: Bid Submittal Project No.: MA-18-13 Project Name: Roddy Road Intersection Improvements: Merritt Evans/Devall and Norwood Road The Contractor to whom a contract is awarded will be furnished two (2) working copies of the specifications and the drawings, together with all Addenda thereto. Bid security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total bid must accompany each Bid and shall be made payable to Ascension Parish Government. The public entity advertising for bids for work shall require the bidders to attach a certified check, cashier's check, or bid bond for not more than five percent of the contract price of work to be done, as an evidence of good faith of the bidder.
