As of April 14, 2022, an engineer has been selected and this project is in the design phase. A firm timeline for construction has not been determined. *The closed solicitation has been included below for reference: For professional engineering services to oversee construction for the Marvin Parkway Flood Control Project. Each firm submitting a proposal for this work shall be hereinafter referred to as "Consultant." The City intends to enter into a contract with the chosen Consultant. The selected Consultant must have the expertise, experience, and demonstrated resources available to perform the work described in this RFP. Should an award be made, the selected Consultant will enter into a professional services agreement with the City of Park Ridge to provide these services. It is the City's desire to select a highly qualified firm that will provide construction oversight services for the construction of the Marvin Parkway Flood Control Project located between Busse Highway and Northwest Highway on the north side of the City.
