The City of Park Ridge (City) is requesting proposals from qualified Construction Management firms that have the professional experience and expertise to provide construction management services for a renovation/expansion project of Park Ridge Fire Department Station 35 (station), located at 901 W. Devon Ave in Park Ridge, Illinois.
