Black Lake Elementary Fire Sprinkler Addition Project for the single General Contract, winch includes General, Architectural, Civil, Landscape, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and other work, located at 6345 Black Lake Belmore Road SW, Tumwater, WA 98512 as indicated on Drawings and Specifications. Provide bid proposals by the due dates and times listed. A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. To best comply with current COVID19 health and safety guidelines, meeting participants are required to adhere to the following: do not attend if not feeling well or currently COVID-19 positive, provide and wear own personal protective equipment (PPE) including face mask, and maintain six-foot social distancing as feasible.
