Project for the single General Contract which includes General, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical and other work for the Security Upgrades at both Black Lake Elementary School, located at 6345 Black Lake Belmore Road SW, Tumwater, WA 98512, and Michael T. Simmons Elementary School located at 1205 South 2nd Avenue, SW, Tumwater, WA 98512 as indicated on Drawings. Bids received after the time fixed above for receiving bids cannot be considered. Architects estimate is $800,000 for BLES and $800,000 for MTSES for a total of $1,600,000.00. A certified check or bank cashier''s check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any.
