Question Deadline 08/08/2025 Any prospective Bidder desiring an explanation or interpretation of the solicitation, drawings, specifications, etc., must submit a request in writing to the Architect/Engineer (A/E) eight (8) business days before the bid due date Scope of work is as indicated on drawings and specifications. In general, the scope includes: 1. Removal and replacement of approximately 29,000 square feet of steep slope copper standing seam and 6,700 square feet of low slope single ply roofing systems with connections to existing roof drainage, modification to existing roof-mounted mechanical and electrical systems as required for reroofing. 2. Removal and replacement of existing automatic smoke vents and segmented skylight as indicated. 3. Limited restoration and repointing of existing sandstone wall surfaces associated with roof flashings. 4. Interior work includes restoration of water-damaged interior plaster at locations indicated on Sheet A8.0. 5. Site work includes installation of underground stormwater quality biofiltration system for roof drainage treatment, replacement of Tree #2598, and subsurface porous flexible paving system where indicated.
