This project provides for cutting down large trees and grinding stumps, planting new trees, removing and replacing cement concrete sidewalks and driveway entrances, installing new catch basins, installing new storm drain line and other work, all in accordance with the Contract Documents. The Engineer's Probable Opinion of Cost ranges from $230,000 to $270,000. The City of Olympia does not discriminate against any entity based on any status protected by law in consideration for award of a City contract. The prime contractor on a City contract of $50,000 or more shall comply with Olympia's Equal Benefits Ordinance, Olympia Municipal Code Chapter 3.18 All bids must be submitted on the forms furnished for that purpose, and each proposal must be accompanied by bid bond, or certified check made payable to the City of Olympia, in an amount of not less than (5) percent of the total bid amount.
