As of June 21, 2021 the project has been awarded to Construct, Inc. for $1,455,500.00. The construction start date is 6/28/2021. For the single General Contract, winch includes General, Architectural, Civil, Landscape, Structural, Mechanical, Electrical, Fire Protection and other work, located at 6345 Black Lake Belmore Road SW, Tumwater, WA 98512 as indicated on Drawings and Specifications. Names of Structural Steel and Rebar Subcontractors A certified check or bank cashier's check or bid bond executed by a State licensed surety company made payable to Tumwater School District is required with each bid, in an amount equal to five percent (5%) of the Base Bid plus Additive Alternates, if any. Bid Proposals are due as follows: Part ‘A’:Base Bids Plus Attachment 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time May 4, 2021 Part ‘B’:Alternate Bids and names of HVAC, Plumbing, Electrical, Civil, and Fire Sprinkler Subcontractors 3:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time May 4, 2021 Part ‘C’:Names of Structural Steel and Rebar Subcontractors 2:00 PM Pacific Daylight Time May 6, 2021(At bidder’s option Part ‘C’ can be delivered on May 4, 2021 at 3:00 PM. If bidder chooses to submit Part ‘C’ on May 6 at 2:00 PM it shall be delivered in person. Email delivery is not allowed.)
