Work will consist of furnishing and installing all labor, materials, and equipment to regrade and place new sod on Weller Field, install underdrain, connect underdrain to the existing storm sewer system, place and maintain the erosion and sediment pollution control measures, etc. complete in place Each proposal shall be accompanied by security in the form of a certified check or bid bond payable to the order of the Ligonier Valley School District, in an amount not less than ten percent (10%) of the total bid in accordance with provisions of the Contract Documents. Contract Documents may be examined and obtained at the office of The Markosky Engineering Group, Inc., 3689 Route 711, Ligonier, PA 15658 between the hours of 8:00 A.M. to 12:00 Noon and 1:00 P.M. to 4:00 P.M., Monday through Friday or in a PDF format to a supplied email address. Attention is directed to the fact that not less than the minimum salaries and wages as set forth in the Contract Documents must be paid on this project; that the Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, gender, creed, color, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or in violation of the Pennsylvania Human Relations Act and applicable federal laws, against or intimidate any of its employees.
