Hamilton County, Tennessee herein after referred to as the County is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors for the purposes of establishing a one (1) year all-inclusive, combined hourly rate contract price with three (3) one-year renewal options for licensed plumbing services for the Hamilton County Facilities Maintenance Department and various other departments, under a contract price agreement. The initial contract period will be for one (1) year from the time of approval of this contract by Hamilton County Commission. All prices must remain fixed throughout each term of this contract, with the exception of possible price adjustments at the time of renewal Hamilton County reserves the right to award this contract to multiple vendors or the entire package to a single vendor who may be deemed to have submitted the best overall bid package, in the best interest of the County.
