Reference number : 1477899 Deadline for receipt of complaints: 2021-05-03 Electronic submission accepted: Yes, in a single submission document Expected duration of the contract (in months): 6 Interior redevelopment and related work at Bonnier school BRIEF DESCRIPTION The Grandes-Seigneuries School Service Center is requesting bids for the interior redevelopment and related work at Bonnier School WORK SCHEDULE .1 Kick-off meeting: to be agreed .2 Transmission of Technical Data Sheets and Workshop Drawings no later than three (3) weeks after the start-up meeting .3 Submit a mobilization plan no later than five (5) days after the kick-off meeting .4 Submit the work schedule no later than five (5) days after the kick-off meeting .5 The earliest start of work will be June 30, 2021. .6 Early possession: 1. August 25, 2021 for interior work 2. October 29, 2021 for exterior work .7 Acceptance of the work with reservations: October 29, 2021 .8 Acceptance of the work without reservation: November 26, 2021 OPTIONS The Contract does not include a renewal option. Due to the pandemic, anyone wishing to participate in the visit must wash their hands, wear a procedural mask and protective glasses and a COVID commitment form will have to be completed, before the visit, committing you to respect the following conditions: The person does not have any flu-like symptoms that could be related to COVID-19 (including cough, fever or difficulty breathing); and; The person has not traveled in the 14 days preceding the date of signature of this commitment; and; The person does not live with a person who has traveled in the 14 days preceding the date of signing this commitment or who has the flu-like symptoms mentioned above. For safety reasons, maintaining a distance of 2 meters must be kept by all the people participating in the visit. SUBMISSION GUARANTEE The BIDDER must accompany its Bid with a bid security equivalent to TEN PERCENT (10%) of the price proposed in its Bid. This tender guarantee must be produced in one of the following forms: a) a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the tender bond model reproduced in appendix 4.01A of the Form of Submission; b) an irrevocable letter of guarantee issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution as defined in clause 0.01.14 hereof, which must comply with the requirements of the model "Irrevocable Letter of Guarantee" reproduced in the annex 4.01B of the Bid Form. SUBSTITUTION OR EQUIVALENCE The TENDERER must submit to the PUBLIC BODY any proposal for the substitution or equivalence of materials or equipment no later than April 30, 2021 at 4:00 p.m. in accordance with the planned procedure. The PUBLIC BODY undertakes, if necessary, to submit this proposal for the approval of a competent professional. PERFORMANCE GUARANTEE Under penalty of being withdrawn from the Contract, the CONTRACTOR must, within FIFTEEN (15) days from the date of sending the Notice of Award, provide the PUBLIC BODY with a performance guarantee and a guarantee of the CONTRACTOR's obligations for pledges, materials and services which must each be in an amount equivalent to FIFTY PERCENT (50%) of the amount of the contract, in the form of a bond issued in favor of the PUBLIC BODY by a Financial Institution hereof, which must comply with the provisions of the models of performance bonds and of surety for obligations for pledges, materials and services reproduced respectively in appendices 4.01A and 4.01B hereof. CHANGES RELATED TO THE CONTEXT OF PANDEMIC - CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19) By submitting their submission during the COVID-19 period, the TENDERER is aware of government measures and the economic context in force on the day of its submission. It will therefore not be possible for him to invoke them as a case of force majeure in order to evade his obligations. However, it is possible that additional government measures or new unforeseeable events may arise after the award of the contract and thus affect the completion deadlines. In such a case, the PUBLIC BODY and the SERVICE PROVIDER will negotiate in good faith.
