Renovation of a municipal facility in Sainte-Agathe-des-Monts, Quebec. Conceptual plans call for the renovation of a 11,250-square-foot, two-story above grade, one-story below grade municipal facility.

Major upgrades, renovations and repairs to the City Hall. The scope of the project includes structural repairs or the building envelope including replacement/repairs of the doors and windows, roofing repairs, upgrades of the building plumbing, heating, ventilation and air conditioning systems, improvements to the building electrical and mechanical components including emergency generator replacement, extensive exterior and interior renovations. TIMELINE: The project funding was not included into the City's three-year capital expediture program. Project will not proceed in the nearest future and will be followed if/when it proceeds to a design stage. Coverage of this report has been discontinued. Note. Previously issed RFP GI-2021-020E for design services was cancelled by the owner
