The mandate is for one year, with a two-year renewal option. The term may be shortened when the total invoiced value of the work reaches $800,000. Work will be carried out on an hourly basis, on request, and supervised by managers from the Material Resources department. A total of 3 contractors will be qualified. Work may include, but is not limited to, the following: - Urgent breakdown service (diagnostics, repairs); - 24/7 breakdown service; - Replacement of parts and materials; - Piping work on water supply, sewer and drainage systems; - Minor concrete work (breaking up concrete, light digging); - All other appropriate related work.
