High school addition and renovations of an existing building. All work for a new high school addition and renovations of an existing building per the construction documents prepared by U.P. Engineers & Architects, Inc. (UPEA). Complete the Work per the schedule in the Summary of Work. Submit your Bid on the Bid Form provided. Bids received after the time stated above will not be considered or accepted. Refer to other bidding requirements described in Document 00 21 14. Your Bid will be required to be submitted under a condition of irrevocability for a period of 45 days after submission. The Owner reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids, in whole or in part, and also herein reserves the right to waive any informalities or irregularities in any or all bids and to make such award as it deems, in its sole discretion, to be in the best interest of the Owner. Bidders shall submit with their bid the following documents: o Affidavit of Disclosure of Familial Relationship o Affidavit of Compliance with the Michigan Public Act No. 517 - Iran Economic Sanctions Act
