The Repair Foundations Walls and Building Drainage project will consist of waterproofing and foundation drainages on 16 buildings on the Edward P Boland Medical Center campus in Leeds, MA. The project will consist of: excavation, shoring, foundation drainage installation, waterproofing installation, sealing foundation penetrations, installing/modifying stormwater drainage systems, replacing windows, infill of existing windows, replacing doors and storefronts, gutter installation, concrete and masonry work, building expansion joints, roof drains, plumbing, Grading, asbestos abatement, lead paint removal, asphalt paving, partial depth concrete removal and reconstruction, railings, all incidental work associated (i.e. vehicular and pedestrian traffic control, ICRA barriers, erosion and sediment control, dewatering, finishes and painting, lawn restoration, etc.).
