Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Lawrence Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; and for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot.
The bid shall provide for drainage pipe (60 LF DIP, 285 LF HOPE) and inlet (4) installation, pavement removal and replacement (104 SY) concrete curb (39 LF) removal and replacement, rip-rap installation, stabilization and other associated work as set forth in the plans and specifications. Work will be performed in three locations: Alcazar Avenue, Carson Road and Cold Soil Road. It is anticipated that a construction contract will be awarded on May 18, 2021, subject to the availability of funds in the 2021 Adopted Budget and 2021 Capital Plan Signed bids shall be submitted in a sealed envelope, addressed to the Engineering Department with the name of the project printed on the face of the envelope. Bids must be made on the proposal forms included with the bid specifications. Bidders must comply with the regulations of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27 -1 et seq.
