Renovation of a water / sewer project in Mosier, Oregon. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water pump station.
The Project generally consists of the construction of a booster pump station and telemetry system improvements to support operation of the City's potable water system. The booster pump station includes the construction of a concrete masonry building with wood framed trusses and metal roofing, complete with electrical, plumbing, and heating, ventilation and air conditioning, and the installation of a duplex water booster pump system complete with piping, valving and automatic control system. The booster pump station, herein referred to as the Eastside Booster Pump Station will replace an existing booster pump station that will be abandoned as part of this project, and will be located on City-owned property near the Mosier Senior Center (500 E. 2nd Ave.). The telemetry system improvements generally includes work necessary to supply and install a radio communication network necessary to improve communications between the City's water facilities and integrate with a new SCADA system that will be installed at the City's wastewater treatment plant. Estimated Value: $425,000 to $455,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range.
