Work includes the construction of a 4,096sf City Hall wing and 3,809sf Fire Station wing with associated site improvements. Scope includes but is not limited to: site work and excavation; utility extensions and new utilities; building and site concrete; wood and steel framing; pre-engineered metal building with insulated metal wall and roof panels; metal paneling and flashings/trims; membrane roofing; windows (aluminum and vinyl); doors/frames and hardware; finishes; casework and carpentry; new mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and fire sprinkler systems; specialties and equipment; furnishings; and various exterior improvements including concrete pavement and flat work, site furnishings, and landscaping.
