As of November 21, 2024, project is complete. The Request for Publications/Bid Documents reference the submittal of a Campaign Contribution Disclosure Form. The Form was not included in the bid documents. Please be advised the Form IS NOT REQUIRED AND SHOULD NOT BE SUBMITTED. The Pueblo of Ohkay Owingeh is requesting proposals for Professional Engineering Services to design a new Wastewater Treatment Facility in Ohkay Owingeh. The project is based upon the 2019 approved Preliminary Engineering Report. Scope of service shall consist of Design, Bidding Assistance, and Construction Phase Services for the follow- ing improvements: A new 0.35-MGD extended aeration treatment plant to replace the existing wastewater treatment facility. Sand sludge dewatering beds Relocation of the existing headworks l0-acre treated effluent storage pond. Disinfection for reuse applications Filtration, pumping, transmission, and distribution piping to near-by athletic fields Pumping and flood irrigation of alfalfa fields A pre-proposal conference will not be held. Questions must be submitted in writing no later than 5:00pm Mountain Standard Time May 7,2021 to christy.ladd@ohkay.org.
