For Flooring Upgrades at CATH and Broadmeadow This work involves the removal of existing non-ACM flooring and mastic using shot blasting, the patching and leveling of subfloors, the installation of new vinyl flooring (with wall bases, edge strips, etc.) and moisture reduction systems, as well as final cleaning and waxing. . Flooring Contractor shall remove and dispose of all flooring, carpet, and mastic. Mastic shall be fully removed.. *Flooring Contractor shall install new flooring including moisture system.. **Flooring Contractor shall install new flooring using Forbo MCT with Topshield installed with 1299 high moisture adhesive. The deadline for written question :12:00pm on Monday, May 10.
