Demolition, site work and new construction of a residential development in Needham, Massachusetts. Conceptual plans call for the demolition of a residential development; for the construction of a residential development; and for site work for a residential development.
Designer Fee Set Fee $2,274,250 Time Period for Completed Project 3 Years Redevelopment at Linden Street and Chambers Street Elderly Development. The project will have two phases. Phase 1 will focus on Facility Investigation, Condition Assessment, Site Redevelopment Design for Full Site (estimated total construction cost of $75 M assuming increased density). Phase 2 will be for additional design and construction administration services for the resulting construction project at Linden or Chambers (construction cost of $16M). Phase 1: Feasibility/Masterplan Studies, Existing Conditions, Site Redevelopment Design for Full Site (Construction cost of $75 M); Phase 2: Further Phases of design and New Construction at the Linden or Chambers property only ($16 M project). The Cambridge Housing Authority will provide project management services during the 3 year period contemplated for this project.
