Site work and paving for a road / highway in West Des Moines, Iowa. Completed plans call civil work for a road / highway.
West Des Moines Project No. 0510-005-2021 The project will include construction of Booneville Road from South 100th Street to South 115th Street. The construction improvements include approximately 21,560 SY of 8-inch, 10-inch, and 12-inch PCC reinforced pavement and 6-inch PCC driveway pavement, storm sewer, water main, fiber conduit inter-connect, subdrain, pavement markings, clearing and grubbing, grading, soil stabilization, traffic control, erosion control, surface restoration, and miscellaneous associated work to complete the project At the above time and place all bids received by the City will be opened and publicly read with the results being reported to the West Des Moines City Council at their meeting on May 17, 2021 at 5:30 p.m at which time the Council may take action on the proposals submitted or at such time as may then be fixed. The City Council of West Des Moines, Iowa, will hold a public hearing on the proposed Plans, Specifications, Form of Contract, and Estimate of Costs for the construction of said improvements at 5:30 p.m. on May 17, 2021 in the Council Chambers, 4200 Mills Civic Parkway, West Des Moines. At said hearing, any interested person may appear and file objections thereto or to the cost of the improvements.
