Site work and new construction of a fire / police facility in Mississauga, Ontario. Completed plans call for the construction of a 10,000-square-foot, one-story above grade fire / police facility; and for site work for a fire / police facility.

Construction of New Fire Station in Mississauga which will be constructed on greenfield and brownfield lands and new site servicing may be required. The new fire station will strive to meet high requirements of sustainable building standards and certifications, such as Leadership in Energy and Environmental Design Canada (LEED) Certifications and Net Zero energy and carbon. This is in accordance with The City of Mississauga's Corporate Green Building Standards. A new Fire Station 125 (FS 125) plus associated site development works, located at Tenth Line and Aquitaine Ave. Mississauga ON to serve Ward 9 and the surrounding neighbourhoods. The new fire station will be situated on a parcel of land currently used as parkland, known as Union Park. The building will be approximately 930 sq m (10,000 sq ft) and consist of living quarters and 2 drive-through truck bays. FS 125 has been designed and is to be constructed to achieve Net Zero Energy, and also achieve Level II of the City's Corporate Green Building Standard. The building is to be constructed as a 'Post-Disaster' building, to be used for emergency services. Some work and coordination from general contractor will be required for roadway works and utilities at property boundaries. The building and site is to be constructed with the intention of achieving a Net Zero Energy certification upon completion. *Awarded project value is undisclosed.
