The Morris County Park Commission is soliciting proposals through a Fair and Open process in accordance with N.J.S.A. 19:44A-20.4 et seq. Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A. 10:5-31 et seq. and N.J.A.C. 17:27et seq. Bids must be made on the bid forms within this document, be enclosed in a sealed package bearing the name and address of the bidder and RFB 33-21 Rebid Artificial Turf Maintenance at the Fields of Central Park in Morris County on the outside, and addressed to Mark Demareski, Q.P.A. C.P.W.M., Qualified Purchasing Agent at stated address. In response to COVID-19, the Park Commission is observing social distancing practices. Potential bidders wishing to hand deliver their qualifications may only do so in person at the time of the bid opening. No bids shall be accepted after the designated time, and the Park Commission will not assume responsibility for bids forwarded by mail or delivery service, nor any other conveyance. Prospective bidders are not required to attend the bid opening, but those choosing to attend are required to observe social distancing practices and to wear masks. Bid review and providing unit prices will not take place at the bid opening. Instead, this information will be posted electronically once available. As a participating agency in the Morris County electronic Bid System, registered participants will receive electronic notification of future opportunities and any addenda issued for this contract.
