The new bid opening date of Thursday, August 1, 2024 @ 10:00am. The Mountain Way Tank is a 1-million-gallon capacity ground water storage tank, approximately 58 feet in height. In general, this project includes surface preparation and painting of the tank interior and exterior, coating of the current concrete foundation, installation of handrail extensions and improvements/repairs to tank appurtenances. The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills reserves the right to waive informalities in bids and to reject any and all bids, or parts thereof, if deemed in the best interests of the Township to do so. ***Bid Event: All bids must be enclosed in a sealed envelope bearing the name and address of the bidder and the words "Mountain Way Tank Rehabilitation Project." Bid proposals must be addressed to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, 1001 Parsippany Blvd., Parsippany, NJ 07054, Attention: Purchasing Agent. Delivery of bids must be in person, by overnight courier, or by mail. No bids will be accepted if they arrive after the date and time specified above.
