Site work for a water / sewer project in Parsippany-Troy Hills, New Jersey. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The project consists primarily of the installation of sanitary sewer main in High Ridge Road and Long Ridge Road. Quantities will be provided prior to the start of construction. Major estimated quantities are as follows 2, 2.5, and 3-inch SDR 21 Sanitary Sewer Pipe 3,025 LF Pressure Cleanouts 6 EA Air Release Valves 2 EA A certified check or cashier's check made payable to the Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills, or a duly executed bid bond in the amount of 10% of each bid, but in no case in excess of $20,000.00, must be submitted by the bidder. The Township of Parsippany-Troy Hills reserves the right to waive informalities on bids and to reject any and all bids, if deemed in the best interest of the Township to do so. *The list of planholders and/or interested bidders is not being tracked by the stakeholders involved with this project.
