Renovation of a multi-residential development in Thunder Bay, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development.
Provide all necessary labour, material and equipment for the removal of existing roofing materials in coordination with the supply & installation of new roofing materials including shingles, roof membranes & eave protection, roof venting, stack flashing, and all associated hardware. Replace drip edge where existing is damaged. Intent is to replace all shingled roof surfaces at each property listed including entrance canopies or overhangs. Contractor shall thoroughly inspect roof sheathing to confirm existing construction is ready to receive new work. If any areas of sheathing require replacement, contact TBDSSAB prior to commencing repairs and/or replacement with supporting documentation.
