The City of Thunder Bay, Facilities Services requires Clearing of Snow, Shoveling and Snow blowing in locations and as per requirements set out. Snow clearing is to be automatic after an accumulation of 5 cm or 2 inches of snow/ice or sleet and any combination thereof or at the end of a snow fall once a minimum of 1 inch has occured. Some of the locations are seven day a week operations and some are five day a week operations. Servicing is to be as noted for each facility. The term of this Contract will be for a period of one (1) fall/winter/spring seasons (2021/2022) with an option to renew for two (2) additional fall/winter/spring seasons (2022/2023 & 2023/2024), upon mutual agreement between both parties.
