Renovation of an educational facility in Seattle, Washington. Completed plans call for the renovation of a primary / secondary education facility.
*As of July 9, 2021, construction is underway. In accordance with RCW 39.10.380, Contractor (General Contractor/ Construetion Manager) is requesting sealed proposals from contractors for the above referenced scopes of work. The project is to complete the Northgate Elementary School Replacement. This project includes federal funding through the E-Rate program which applicable bidders, as required, will need to provide a valid 498 ID number within 30 days ofthe bid opening. The GC/CM and Owner reserve the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received. Deadline for questions is April 15, 2021 @ 4:00PM. Final Addendum will be issued no later than April 20, 2021. Questions should be directed to cscott@lydig.com. Contractor is an equal, opportunity contractor and we encourage bids from, disadvantaged, minority-owned, women-owned, and small businesses. The project value listed reflects the total project estimate.
